  • Join us at the studio 2 days a week. Each day choose the class (or classes!) of your choice!

Option 3: UNLIMITED Group Fitness Pass- Purchase Here 

  • Join us for as many classes as your schedule allows and your fun factor can manage!

  • One-time payment of $15

  • Drop in to class at your convenience within a 2 week period.

  • Take as many classes as you'd like that day!

Class Descriptions

Club Cardio is a 55 minute around the world club hopping experience. Serious fun and serious cardio, Club Cardio is a dance fitness class that will take you to a club in Caracas, Rio de Janeiro, Turkey, Havana, San Juan, NYC and L.A....(just to name a few). The fun factor and the sweat factor are high in our most popular class at the studio.

Strength is a total body conditioning class that uses body leverage, dumbbells and many reps to sculpt and define your body. If you've ever heard the term "AG arms", this is the class where you can get them. Choreographed to the latest music, it's fun, it's real and it's effective.

Impact is a fast paced cardio kickboxing class inspired by the practices of boxing, Karate, Jui-Jitsu, Tae-Kwon Do and Muay Thai in an explosive class meant to unleash your inner warrior.

Fusion is a total body strengthening and lengthening class that draws from the practices of Yoga and Pilates to fortify and invigorate the body. Set to coffeehouse style tunes, it's a "feel good/good for you" class.

Trinergy the sum is always greater than it's parts, right? Trinergy is a three discipline, cross training workout of Impact, Strength and Fusion for a trifecta that will leave you seriously worked out.

HIIT is our athletic conditioning program. Burpees, mountain climbers and pullups...oh my. Set to a timer full of music that changes with each exercise, it's athletic conditioning in a circuit style format wrapped up in good times.

HIIT Flow takes our cardio and strength drills and matches them up with a yoga flow and a hip-hop playlist. How's that for awesome?

Athletica is our mash up of two of our most popular and longest running classes: strength and club cardio. There is no fear of missing out here-you get the best of both worlds.

Hip Hop Flow is a yoga inspired fitness class that rocks it out to a hip-hop playlist. If you've tried yoga before and it wasn't your jam, this might be it.

Melt a hard-punch cardio class of partner boxing drills followed by a slow and delicious melt on your foam roller with guided myofascial release. 

Personal Training

Personal training is well, personal. It's you and me. I understand your goals, I develop program design that is specific for you and we track your progress and celebrate along the way. It's the two of us or maybe a few of us with similar goals working together and accomplishing big things. Nutrition coach, strength coach, life coach, cheerleader? I'm in. Are you?

We offer 30 minute, 45 minute, and 55 minute personal training sessions. ($75 for a 55 minute private session, $98 for a semi private session.)
